Die Wohnung liegt ruhig an einer Fahrradstraße. Zu Fuß erreicht man gut die Stadtmitte. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und sah frisch renoviert aus.

Einen Parkplatz direkt am Haus gab es nicht, man hat jedoch im nahen Umkreis der Wohnung stets einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden.
