Positiv: - der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett - die Wohnung war schön und die Lage war auch voll ok

Negativ: - die Wohnung war nicht wirklich geputzt. Auf dem Boden an der Haustür lag ein zusammengekehrter Haufen Dreck. Der Boden war sandig - im Bad stand eine benutzte Zahnbürste von den Vormietern - der Schwamm in der Küche hat gestunken und hat seine besten Tage hinter sich - In der Küche lag noch ein weiteres, benutzes, fleckiges Tuch, das ebenfalls offensichtlich schon lange in Benutzung ist - Das Bett hat nicht frisch gerochen - In den Küchenschränken war nasses Geschirr und ziemlich viele Flecken (abwischbar) - im Bad lagen am Waschbecken, auf der Fensterbank, Boden und Toilette Haare und auch hier war der Boden sichtlich schmutzig, besonders in den Ecken - Auch auf dem Bettzeug waren Haare - Es gibt keinen Ventilator - man muss knapp 90 Treppen steigen

Direkt am Park! In 10min. Am Bf... Sehr zentral, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke.

Leider gab es keinen Aufzug... Waren mir persönlich zu viele Treppen.

"mind the stairs"

pleasantly quite, next to park and just a small walk to station. nice bathroom and functional kitchen. wifi signal ok most of the time but with blackouts every now and then

mattress of left bed feels way too soft. gave up on the tv. beware the stairs. this goes up an impressive 8 flights of stairs to the 4th floor under the roof
