Die Küche könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet werden (zu wenig Tassen und Gläser). Die Haupteingangstür klemmte etwas, sodass man sie von innen mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand (beinahe mit einem Knall) schließen musste, was insbesondere in den späten Abendstunden andere Bewohner stören könnte.
