Villa Frideriki

We have enjoyed our stay at Villa Frideriki thanks to our wonderful host Elena. She is really nice and helpful person. Villa is well situated,clean and nice.

Villa Frederiki est stratégiquement située à deux pas de la plage et de l'arrêt de bus qui permet de visiter toutes les plages du Sud. Les studios sont situés en hauteur, offrant une très jolie vue sur la mer au loin et la verdure, dans un magnifique jardin très soigné. La chambre était simple et fonctionnelle et disposait de tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La propriétaire, Elena, est en outre charmante et chaleureuse et complétait en fonction de nos nécessités l'équipement de la cuisine et de la chambre. Elle nous a offert un service de transfert à l'aéroport aussi bien à l'aller (avec stop au supermarché pour faire les courses) qu'au retour (avec stop à la boulangerie pour un petit en-cas) et nous a donné mille conseils pour découvrir. J'ai beaucoup apprécié sa grande gentillesse. Skiathos est une île magnifique: facile, relaxante et offrant plusieurs visages.

It is a cosy and comfortable villa with the amazing view. It is quite near to a public transport stop, restaurants and beaches. It was a pleasure to live there. And a deep gratitude to Elena for hospitality, kindness and help in all questions!

L'appartamento è carino e comodo, la vista molto bella, vicinissimo alle spiaggie e lontano dalla strada. Spicca la gentilezza e l'accoglienza di Elena che ha reso questo posto speciale. Grazie per le frittelle

The place is located in the middle of the road Skiathos town and Koukounaries beach, very close to the one of the beaches and nearby to tavernas, supermarket and bus stop. The owner Elena is a sunny lady, always ready to help you with traveling tips, coffee and snacks etc. The suite is rather basic furnished, but was very clean and every 2 days was towels changed and cleaned, which is quite rare frequency nowadays :)

What a lovely nine days that we have spent at villa frideriki. Elena is such a wonderful heartwarming person that took care of us like we are family. From the wonderful evenings talking and meeting other guests to the quite mornings with a wonderful see view. A total recommendation if you are looking for a place to relax, have a great time and meeting interesting people with various life experiences. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and have everything that you need. Every room is getting clean and organized every two days. Parking is available for every room. The beach is three minutes away walking distance, plenty of restaurants, nearby and a bus stop right down the street.

The property was not in the centre of Skiathos, but super close to nice and easily accessible beaches! The host (Elena) has been amazing and able to accommodate all the needs we had, giving us very good food and sightseeing recommendations!
