The standards of accommodation and cleanliness were exceptionally good. We stayed in September and there was no need for air conditioning. The pool was lovely, with very few other users. In the evenings you could sit on the balcony and listen to the cicadas and distant music from the restaurants, while overlooking the lit-up pool. Delightful! The hill up to it was a bit of a struggle on foot, but we are in our 70s and managed it at least twice every day for a week. Consider it as part of your daily exercise routine.

Magnifica Xanthippi Villa Xanthippi è una bella e curata struttura circondata dal verde, molto tranquilla, dotata anche di una deliziosa piscina. Si trova nel borgo di Agia Paraskevi, a 15 minuti di auto dalla città di Skiathos e in posizione ottimale per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge dell’isola (la più vicina a 10 minuti a piedi, la più distante a circa 20 minuti di auto). Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane a luglio 2025 in un studios moderno, bello e confortevole, situato al piano terra. La cucina era dotata del necessario con un piccolo piano cottura a induzione, il bagno anch’esso nuovissimo, comodo e con una bella doccia. Dal terrazzino di pertinenza si godeva di una piccola veduta panoramica che ha fatto da sfondo a rilassanti colazioni. Abbiamo anche apprezzato il letto comodo, i quattro cuscini in dotazione, le zanzariere, il condizionatore efficiente e silenzioso. La struttura si trova al termine di una salita che si diparte dalla strada principale, costeggiante in quel tratto il mare. La parte finale della salita è piuttosto ripida. La pulizia giornaliera delle stanze è stata impeccabile, con cambi frequenti di lenzuola e asciugamani. Anima della struttura è la signora Xanthippi, instancabile e onnipresente, sempre disponibile e gentile. A margine segnalo, tra i tanti ristoranti in zona, “ Taverna Pizza Jimmy’s”, tipica taverna greca proprio sotto casa, dove abbiamo mangiato eccezionali costolette di agnello alla brace e Johnn’s “Restaurant, a un chilometro di distanza, con un’ottima moussakà.

The location is fantastic, super clean and the host is very kind. It is a high steep, however it wasn't an issue. Close to the bus station, lots of very good restaurants and also the beach is about 9 mins away.

Przyjeżdżamy w to samo miejsce już od kilku lat i wszystko nam odpowiada. Czystość i gospodarz pierwsza klasa. Nic więcej nam nie trzeba

Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, Super schöner Pool mit herrlichem schattigen Garten. Es wurde täglich gereinigt! Die Lage ist toll, da hier kein Straßenlärm ist. Haben immer einen Roller 🛵 damit man leichter hinkommt u herum düsen kann.

Keine Mängel! Alles in Ordnung.👍
