HOUSE FOR FAMILIES NEAR THE LAKE

Poco parcheggio e strada un po’ scomoda

Partiamo subito dalla pulizia della struttura e la gentilezza della proprietaria. La casa è molto spaziosa con tutti i comfort comprensivo anche di macchinetta per il caffè.

La vasca in bagno,avrei messo una struttura per non far bagnare il pavimento.

Lovely spacious and homely apartment. Really lovely host Eleni, who brought fresh fruit and home made biscuits during our stay. Beds were so comfortable, kitchen very well equipped. Lovely to have use of a washing machine and plenty of hanging space outside to dry clothes. Spacious balcony with table and chairs and egg chair, lovely to sit and watch the world go by. There is a shared roof terrace with lovely views, reached by a separate entrance. It was a heatwave during our stay so was too hot to use it, but would definitely have done so otherwise. There is a car park below which costs 5 euros a day if needed and you can also park on the street if you can find a suitable spot. Very central and only a few minutes walk to the lake with restaurants and shops. Supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away and there is a bakery even nearer with delicious fresh bread and baked goods. Simply wonderful, would highly recommend. May not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as property is reached by a series of steps and the area is quite hilly also.

Lovely big apartment with two separate bedrooms, living space, kitchen and balcony. Comfy beds and black out blinds to help the jetlag and afternoon naps. Host very friendly and welcoming to us. They are doing up the car park (July 2023) downstairs which will be great for extra spaces. Although we always managed to get a spot for 5 euros per day (that was one thing I was worried about). The location is great here, right next to the lake and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.

It is an apartment not a house and you can hear the people above. Had to buy our own bin liners so be aware of that as you can't flush the toilet paper! All the electricity turns off when you leave the building so you can't put a load of washing on and let it run. I guess it is to save money on the air conditioning which also would have been nice to stay on for a bit longer or to turn on before we got back to cool the place down. It is in the middle of an area full of concrete so it does get quite hot.
