Floros Apartments

We stayed at Floros Apartments with my son and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a great location — just a few minutes walk to the beach and shops, with many restaurants and activities nearby. Our room was bright, clean, and comfortable, with a small kitchenette and daily housekeeping. Everything worked perfectly, including Wi-Fi, and the beds were very comfortable. The host, Julia, was amazing — she prepared snacks for our late arrival and gave us excellent recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and attractions. Thanks to her, we discovered some beautiful places, including Porto Timoni. We also enjoyed snorkeling and renting a boat at the nearby beach. Overall, it was an unforgettable holiday and I can highly recommend Floros Apartments.

Julia ist eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Vermieterin, sie hat uns sogar noch ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert obwohl wir gar nicht mehr bei ihr wohnten.

Locatia este amplasata pe o strada linistita, are paturi foarte confortabile, frigider de marime medie, aer conditionat si apa calda de la boilerul din baie, s-a facut curatenie zilnic si s-au schimbat prosoapele la 2 zile. Julia a fost primitoare si ne-a ajutat cu sfaturi legate de locurile de vizitat si modul optim de acces, parcari, puncte de view si restaurante/cafenele. Izolarea fonica fata de zgomotele de afara e buna. Am gasit la sosire apa la rece si cateva dulciuri in camera. Intentionam sa revenim la aceeasi locatie peste cativa ani.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia di Agios Stefanos e a una ventina di minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Arillas (la passeggiata panoramica é una chicca). Fuori dalla struttura si possono trovare tutti i servizi necessari. Villa Floros é un piccolo angolo di paradiso in mezzo al verde e ai fiori, molto tranquillo e rilassante. Julia, la proprietaria ha saputo rendere il nostro pernottamento fantastico, consigliandoci varie attività e locali del posto, inoltre abbiamo apprezzato la sua gentilezza e ospitalità. Lovely garden area plus balcony, it offered right amount of privacy. The host was very chatty and welcoming, also gave us some information about places to visit and things to do.Room was nice and spacious with comfortable beds and clean. Shower was nice and spacious and nicely decorated with the hostess's personal touch giving it a homely feel.

Excellent large studio an a quiet location, yet only a 5 min walk from San Stefanos main street. Julia is the most amazing host, so helpful. This was our 4th time in San Stefanos and cant wait to return to Floros.
