"It’s ok for a short term stay. If you plan to work there and stay in the apartment a lot, the noise isn’t ideal."

Good location to the beach and shops. Manager was good at responding to inquiries. Roof top pool was good. Lots of towels were provided and good supplies in the kitchen. Good WiFi.

Bathroom had a bad sewage smell. The shower also didn’t drain properly and floods. There is a very loud sound in the living room probably due to the loud AC unit on the balcony. Couldn’t use the balcony because of the loud noise.

Отличный уютный кондо, с парковкой, спортивным залом. Супер управляющий, ежедневная уборка территории, чистка бассейнов, уборка коридоров, уборка квартиры 1 раз в неделю, тихий район. все необходимое рядом. Хорошая охрана.

Иногда присутствовал запах канализации в квартире, на парковке мало мест, но машины всегда ставили. Немного завышена цена, но в этом районе очень высокий спрос на жилье.
