"Un petit havre de paix loin de la foule"

Le personnel est très souriant, la chambre est très spacieuse et confortable, la piscine est un vrai plaisir plus et le petit quartier autour est vraiment sympa

En effet un immeuble se construit juste à côté donc à prendre en considération pour les nuisances sonores ! (Mais nous c’était supportable)

Les chambres étaient très propre, l'emplacement à Bang Tao qui est un secteur sympa, la literie confortable, le Hill Myna café situé à quelque minutes tenue par le personnel très bon avec un super service

l'organisation du personnel à notre arrivé n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur, on a été accueillis par quelqu'un parlant difficilement anglais. notre chambre n'était pas prête car nous avions décalé d'une journée via booking et le personnel présent à ce moment n'était pas au courant et notre réservation était comme "annulé", nous avons dut changé de chambre le lendemain à nouveau

I lost my bag at this property and I have emailed them several times. I have had contact with them through what's app and although they keep informing me they will respond to my emails, they haven't yet. Therefore I am unable to claim on my insurance as they need email proof that the item wasn't found. Communication has been horrendous.
