the bed is very comfortable and all the facilities are in good condition

The kettle cannot be used as it is dirty at the bottom surface

Wifi was good, pool was very big. The location was next to some hawker stalls and shops. If you can check out the hawker stall with the samosas. I can recommend every single sort. 😊 Check-In and check out was frictionless and easy. Parking was near to the entrance and easy to find. Rooms were good with two kids. Desaru Beach is reachable by car and I really recommend a visit. It also had a washing machine. To get clothes dry you need to put them inside though. They stay damp when dried outside.

There were many ants in the appartment, so be sure to put everything open into the fridge and regularly wipe tables. You can't leave any food laying around. The whole appartment could have been cleaner overall. The floor was clean, but other surfaces weren't. Like the water heaters for example. They were collecting dust. Also some windows were really poorly cleaned.
