I had a wonderful stay at Zeezicht during my mini holiday in Cape Town. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—close to everything yet peaceful enough to unwind. The views were stunning, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere was calm and refreshing. You can really feel the “holiday” vibe as soon as you walk in. Nur die Aussicht. Don't get blinded by the view.

Wrong address on Booking com. Not number 26 but number 34. 1 set of keys, for 3 adults. Checking in and Checking out is complicated, because someone must open and close the gate. No safety standards regulations whatsoever. Broken plugs, wall outlet, broken glass furniture. Broken tiles in the shower. Broken plugs, that cause the electricity to trip. Plug by the shower. Broken towels. Broken lamps.

The place is clean and close to everything from trasport, ocean to shops

The owner wanted to charge me extra for using the whole apartment for two people while Booking.com charged me for the whole apartment to a maximum of four guests. The charge of the 2-bedroom remains the same for up to a maximum 4 people according to Booking.com
