La ubicación, el estilo del edificio y la amplitud del piso.

Yo pondría papeleras en los cuartos de baño y ganchos en la pared para colgar la toalla de ducha y la alfombrilla. También más perchas en los armarios. Por lo demás genial! Son simples propuestas de mejora, no defectos.
