Steff's Condo 815 at CENTRIO Tower Deluxe Unit

I booked this condo from May 7–10 and later extended my stay until May 13, which I later regretted. I arrived from Saudi Arabia on May 8, and one of the main reasons I chose this place was because of its location near the malls and the advertised internet access. Unfortunately, there was no internet connection when I arrived. On May 9, a temporary prepaid 2.4GHz Wi-Fi was provided, but it was extremely slow, and even Netflix or stream could barely stream continuously. The host assured me the 5GHz/fiber connection would be fixed by May 10, which was why I extended my stay. However, until my last day, the issue was never resolved. There were also cleanliness concerns, including an unpleasant smell from the bathroom and sink, and I encountered cockroaches during my stay.

To be fair, there are some positive points: 1. The location is very convenient and close to the malls. 2. The bed was clean and comfortable. 3. The room assistant/cleaning staff was very helpful and accommodating. 4. The host responded very quickly to messages.

The host promised that the 5GHz/fiber connection would be fixed by May 10, which was the reason I extended my stay until May 13. Unfortunately, until my last day, the internet issue was never resolved. There were also concerns about cleanliness, including a bad smell coming from the bathroom and sink, and I encountered cockroaches during my stay. Another disappointing experience was with the night front-desk personnel. They were not very polite or helpful when asking questions or requesting assistance, which was disappointing after arriving from abroad. To be fair, the bed was clean and comfortable, the room assistant/cleaning staff was very helpful, and the location was very convenient near the malls.

We made our own breakfast - after all, it was a studio with a kitchen. She has a toaster which is very useful for breakfast. Other studios in the same location does not have a toaster, so this is a bonus. She also has enough pots and pans in the kitchen. She provided a guest kit with toothbrushes. Thank you Stef!

The fan or exhaust in the kitchen has an electric plug that is quite exposed and dangerous to use. Stef needs to explain better how to use the fan in the kitchen. I was not able to figure it out. The bed was next to a big window( the only window in the studio)with white blinds. It is affecting our sleep because it does not stop city lights from getting through the room so it was difficult to sleep for people like us who want a dark room fully at night. I wish she would change her blinds to black. The shower room does not have a curtain or door, only half of it has a glass cover so when one takes a shower, water splashes and floods the other part of the bathroom like the toilet area and the toilet paper holder. The bathroom sink faucet is loose and needs some fixing. The sink cabinet is detached from the wall. These are minor issues that the host can fixed. We killed some cockroaches ,however, we think that the host is aware of bug problem because we saw some traps near the ftidge and under the kitchen cabinet.

La location era molto centrale e a buona distanza dall'aeroporto il che era commodo. La camera era carina con una buona vista. La piscina era bella.

I mobili erano usati e non di qualità. La pulizia del bagno, delle lenzuola e del tavolo bar erano molto al di sotto delle mie aspettative.
