Mina House

Logement situé à 25 minutes du terminus du tram, pratique pour rejoindre le centre de Florence. Jolie vue.

Le 5ème lit réservé n'était pas de taille à accueillir un adolescent. Manque de lumière dans le séjour.

Достаточно далеко от Флоренции, но есть решение типа авто-трамвай за 40 минут. В доме узкие крутые лестницы, что сильно осложняет подъем и спуск чемоданов. Нельзя обойтись без автомобиля

Lay out of the house and the cleanliness. There was great stock of kitchen essentials so you didn't have to waste and buy things like pasta or oils/salt and pepper etc.

The host was very rude to us. We let her know that we would arrive late however this appeared to annoy the host. We also forgot to tell her that we needed the sofa bed made up and this made her extremely angry. I was travelling with three male friends and she essentially told me there was nothing I could do and I'd have to share with one of them. We offered to make up the bed ourselves but then she threw a tantrum and did it herself, then stomped out after demanding our tourist tax and taking pics of our passports (I presume this could have waited and also she lived underneath so why the rush). We were very tired and had driven in an electric car from London so it was quite the welcome. We had no information about checkout other than the time so we left the keys in a safe spot, because to be quite honest, we didn't want to see her again, but she came out angrily shouting as us and demanding and inspection. She couldn't find any fault yet stomped round the flat like we'd shat all over the place.

My time at Mina House was exceptional! The hospitality provided by the host made the stay truly enjoyable. The house itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and situated in a great location. Mina's attention to detail and warmth as a host added a special touch to the experience. I highly recommend Mina House for a delightful stay.

The lady is very nice. She prepared a great breakfast with all kinds of food, so that we were able to taste the real Italian breakfast. She even gave us a ride to the bus station. The place is exceptional and we would recommend it to everyone who wants to experience the beauty of Florence. Thank you for everything Mina.
