Foivos Seaside Apartments

The apartment is in the quiet end of town, away from the tourist area and very close to an excellent taverna. Just what we like!

The hot water was solar and when the sun didn't shine (we visited in October) there was no hot water. The owner came by and turned on the electric hot water, but it didn't work, so no showers.

Bathroom coudld use an upgrade

Very good host. Good communication. We were upgraded to bigger apartments. Big terrace with the sea view. Apartments itself has a lot of space. I liked high seals. Mosquito nets on the windows. Pretty big kitchen with all needed stuff to cook. Good quite location(visited in October). Two beaches in walking distance. Another big beach a bit far aprox 30 min by foot. A lot of restaurants not far from the apartments. Two supermarkets nearby. There is a stop of greenbus just one minute by foot. Easy to get from/to Kerkyra. There are a lot of rent agencies here where you can rent car, scooter or qadrocycle. We had a good time here.

It was an large apartment with washing machine. The owner is a really great guy.

The apartment seems old and it has rust. Shower is too small. Even though it is advertised as seaside apartmant, from our apartment you can hardly see the sea at all and nearest decent beach is at least 500m.

We had great two weeks at Foivos Apartment, Agios Georgios. The hosts were very hospitable, friendly and ready to help at every moment. We felt safe which is very important when travelling. The apartment was neat and clean (the beds comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary equipment and items you need to stay here). The place to live was quiet and peaceful - the sounds of the quiet sea, a light breeze and the sun allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation. Taverna Kafesas with traditional Greek dishes, several supermarkets are nearby. The two long sandy beaches on either side of the apartment and other local tavernas with excellent food and service are within easy reach. Once again, thanks to amazing hosts Giannis and Peggy. The Foivos apartments are a great base for a holiday to Corfu. The location of the apartments is just wonderful with views of the sea and just a short walk to Tavernas for good food. Our apartment was clean, spacious, well kept and you will not get better customer service anywhere. Giannis and Peggy (the owners) were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved the wee welcome basket it just added that special touch. I would recommend this to anyone and will be back. We had a wonderful relaxing holiday. Thank you Ilia and Ledja

The view is simply everything, the apartment is spacious, well equipped, and the host is very kind and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the lovely terrace where we enjoyed our mornings and evenings. As a pleasant surprise, the owner even gave us some local treats like wine and Corfu kumquat liqueur. Highly recommended!
