Great host. Responsive and helpful to make our stay a great experience.

Noisy neighboors upstairs due to poor sound insulation between the houses. We could ear people walking, talking and moving furnitures even in the middle of the night... The host was great and did her best, so were the neighboors most probably but we can't help it since it is a structural issue...

A place with lots of character in a great location. Brilliant bakery and restaurants nearby, and there is quite a bit to see in Albano (best enquire at the Museo Civico). The accommodation was spacious with comfy beds; great to have a few separate rooms. We didn’t meet the host but had straight forward and useful advice via messaging. Perfect for us.

It would have been good to have a plug or washing up bowl as the dishwasher wasn’t working. Also, a few more utensils, especially a sharp knife.

Warning! If you are tall you may find the ceiling very low if you are upstairs in the main bedroom!

Entering the apartment was not promising because there are narrow, steep stairs that go in a spiral to the first floor. And then when you enter the first floor - what a delight! Comfortable and pleasant living room, open concept with a kitchen that is meticulous and with all accessories, renovated clean small but practical bathroom, two galleries with sleeping beds, complimentary teas, spices, really a very pleasant stay, I would repeat it. Moreover, rarely mentioned in reviews, but this facility is separate, independent, it is a house. Windows are on opposite sides, which is great for ventilation. It is not particularly bright, because it is an old house, the windows are not large and the apartment is not bright, but it is pleasant.

Maybe I would mention that the streets and the facades are old, but with cobblestones, so they are charming, it depends on how you look at it. The entrance with stairs gives perhaps a less good first impression, but the second impression, the third impression, and the final overall impression is that this is a phenomenal apartment.

Francesca is really nice and attentive, she was easy to be in contact with. The apartment was beautiful, clean and cozy. Location is good, about a 10 min walk to the train station, where the train to Roma Termini leaves every hour. The town is in a hill so you need to climb a bit but we didn’t mind that. The best ice cream place in the world is down the street, “Fior di…gusto”. So good! Lots of supermarkets nearby that close around 8pm and little markets that are open till midnight. We also went to the beach by train, just two stops to Castel Gandolfo. The water was clean and warm and the area is just beautiful. We very much liked our stay in Albano Laziale!

we feel very comfortable in the apartment as it is a really nice space for 3/4 people. good public connection by train bus to ROME and to the beach as well as beautiful place like Castle Gandolfo.  The owner is really nice and very helpful .

Special thanks to the host - we forgot some important personal belongings at the apartment and the host was so kind that we could arrange to meet and pickup them on our trip back before flight!

The apartment was very clean ,well located.all my questions about the apartment and how to get there were answered very quickly .

I have no negative feedback.it was perfect for our stay.
