Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με ότι θα χρειαζόταν κάποιος για τις διακοπές του. Σε πολύ καλό σημείο, οριακά έξω από το κέντρο της πόλης, αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ κοντά στην παραλία.
