Cabo Cottage Authentic Mexican Design Overlooking The Beach

Our apartment was ideally located in a very secure area with a security gate for entrance; we always felt very safe, and a large, well stocked Fresko supermarket just up the hill and across the street; so handy. Our apartment was very clean, well stocked with cooking/eating and cleaning items/supplies with the added bonus of clothes washer and dryer inside our unit. Our unit had very clean and comfortable mattresses and pillows; something very important to us. Arely met us at our apartment and was very gracious and helpful. She was readily available and we were very pleased to be able to work with such a caring/competent team member of this host, Hugo. This property’s host, Hugo, is experienced and very professional and we plan to look for his properties for any future trips planned. We highly recommend this host and any of his properties because we can count on exceptional service.

Located in a gated community with well kept grounds and an amazing variety of plants! Our unit was a short walk to a wonderful quiet beach. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was large with ample food prep space. Our contact, Angie, was an excellent communicator; answering all questions promptly.

Although there were enough beds for 6 people, the common living space in the condo was quite tight for our family of 6. There was no place for us all to eat together. A family of 4 would be more comfortable in the space.

Host was very accommodating. Condo was clean and comfortable. Great pool! Fresko right across the street. Beach towels, chairs, cooler & umbrella provided.

Walk to the beach was not far but could be challenging on way back because it’s all uphill.

-Nice big furnished apartment -Complimentary water, cola and chips -The beds were really comfortable and the one in the master bedroom was really big -The private beach is amazing and beautiful

-Furnishing could use an update -The check in procedure was outdated. We had to constantly WhatsApp with someone to match our arrival time because someone would be waiting in the apartment for us. This was very annoying as we did not have any fixed plans and did not know when we wanted to go to the apartment. When arriving they were not responding so after waiting for a while we just knocked on the door and there she was to collect the deposit personally which could be done online.

Location: close (10-15 min drive) to Cabo San Lucas where our dive excursions started, but more private and quiet than staying in town. Also good distance from San Jose del Cabo, where the more interesting restaurants and culture /galleries / shops are; large and new grocery store (Fresko, and a Home Depot (!) close-by (very useful!)). Beach and Ocean: private beach access (with Code), really nice in late afternoon (once shady), clean and safe, not busy, can get in the water when timing it right (which is rare in Cabo; we saw dogs and kids go in safely). Safety: located in a gated residential community; entry is controlled 24/7 with ID and parking pass, very nice security staff; always had parking close to the apartment. Amenities: full kitchen, well stocked with everything you need for 3-4 people; essentials (including coffee, drinking water, cleaning supplies) provided; washer/drier and soap; 2 beach chairs and umbrella, lots of towels incl beach towels provided; 2 pools (adult and family), clean and not busy; AC worked well. Overall very quiet and comfortable.

Balcony has partial ocean view across parking lot and buildings, not an issue since we did not spend a lot of time on the balcony. Balcony could have better seating to make it more useful. None of these were surprises or an issue with what we were looking for or needed.

Big rooms and good location.

The weather. And they claim to have a tennis court and they don't, it is a parking lot now because they converter it to a parking lot because no body was ever using it.

The place has a semi-private beach and is located in a gated community.
