Fabulous location on the back row of the village with balcony views across the desert like landscape & mountains. 10 mins salk from the port. Well equipped kitchen, two toilets, good showet. Peace & quiet.

Just the wifi. I couldn't get it working but I had plenty of data anyway. Could be an issue for the next guest though.

Quiet location but easy reach of main port area where the ferry arrives from Orzola in Lanzarote. We walked a lot; it’s possible to walk to beaches and there are plenty of manageable trails. We also took a jeep tour (30 euros each) which is worth doing to get to see more of the island and its stunning landscapes. There were also lots of bike rentals (approx 15 euros per day or 35 for electric). There were a few restaurants in the harbour area and we had some nice meals. There’s also a little supermarket. The property is clean and well equipped with the added convenience of a washing machine. Fantastic view over dunes and sea. Afternoon/ evening sun on balcony with beautiful sunsets. Balcony was sheltered from easterly wind and had a clothes airer for drying laundry. The owner, Carmen was responsive and easy to communicate with using google translate (Unfortunately we don’t speak Spanish!)

A couple of comfortable outdoor loungers would have been welcome given how pleasant the balcony was with fab views etc. There was only a small table and 4 upright chairs. It would also have been nice to have had some kind of sun shade out there; there was no shelter from the sun. The Wi-Fi is poor (pretty typical I think on such a small island - not just this property) and the TV was not working. This didn’t worry me as I was able to use 4/5G and I’m not interested in watching TV, but I guess this could be inconvenient for some people. The beds are a little hard but that’s just my personal preference. Washing up liquid was supplied but we had to buy other cleaning products from the supermarket.

The apartment was in a quiet location overlooking the back of the village with beautiful inland views to the island, and side views to the sea and the mountains of Lanzarote. Moments from the seafront. It was spacious , very well equipped and very clean. As we did not stay for very long we did not use all the facilities but there was a large TV and a washing machine. It was very useful to have a downstairs toilet as well as the bathroom upstairs. There were little additions like cleaning products and condiments which were very helpful, and lots of kitchen utensils, pans etc if you wanted to stay in and eat. Plenty of towels, storage space in the bedroom. It had a wide balcony off the bedroom with table and chairs The communication with the owner Carmen was extremely good.

The WiFi in our apartment was very poor. ( Our friends stayed in the other apartment and they did not have as much of a problem) This did not really affect our stay over 2 nights but we loved the island so much we would like to return for a longer stay and this could be an issue. The bed mattress and pillows were a little hard for our preference, but they were clean.

We have stayed several times before and its always lovely. The views over the island are excellent and the stars make great viewing on a clear night. The kitchen is particularly well equipped.

The mattress has a heavy cover and is not good for sleep as it has very little flexibility and it is not good on the joints.

An excellent apartment with very good facilities. Location was perfect for exploring La Graciosa.

Superb view from the balcony on the sea and volcano, nice apartmant with enough spave, everything you need in the kitchen, celan, lovely details. It was 4 beautiful days on Lanzarote and thanks to this lovely apartment we could enjoy stunning sunsets after coming from the beaches. I would recommend to everyone who enjoys peace and quit places and beatiful netura surroundings.

Very nice house with a nice view on the volcano and the innermost island

Reaching the house with big trolley and the sand was not easy.

It was a comfortable, spacious, peaceful and well equipped apartment. It was wonderful to be right on the edge of town and to sit on the balcony looking out over deserts and mountains, and with wonderful sunsets. Caleta del Sebo is small, so everything one needed was close by.

The Wi-Fi could have been better. I often found I needed to switch it off and use data roaming in order to get anywhere.

A super apartment on the far edge of the small town. From the balcony you look directly out over the sand island of La Graciosa. The bars and supermarkets on the island are not expensive so you can travel light to La Graciosa without bringing lots of food and drink with you.
