Spacious Entire Two Double Bedrooms Flat, N 3

Location was excellent as i needed to be close for work. The property was good size nice and clean, not enough saucepans to cook with and cooker and hob not working properly but managed with microwave meals. It was noisy at times with children running up and down stairs!!!

There was nothing to like unfortunately.

We was moved to a different property without warning, the property was not clean windows had mould on and couldn't be closed, fridge was smelling of fish and the inside was cracking up wasn't able to use it so had to throw our fresh fridge food away, the kitchen had 2 two seater sofas, dinning table with 5 chairs, a coffee table, tv and the fridge in,needless to say the was no room to move , the toilet was very badly stained with seat falling of wires hanging in various places no furniture in the bedrooms apart from beds plus a camera on the wall facing the bed and many more smaller details this property was not fit to stay in, also there was no way out if there was a fire we was put on the top floor of a very old building,I had picked my original choice of property because I am disabled and can just manage 1flight of stairs, the property we was given had 2 flights of stairs and I could hardly breath when I got to the top, my husband being 74 couldn't manage to to lift our luggage up to the property, we had no choice but to stay for the 1 night but first thing in the morning we booked into alternative accommodation wearing the same clothes as the previous day at an extra cost to us which we really could not afford, needless to say we was totally discussed with the way we was treated , would not recommend this property to anyone and I will not be using Booking.com again. I will be contacting Trading Standards as I feel a full refund is required.

Great location close to the seafront, local shops and city centre.

Received a different room than we booked, only 2 bedrooms were prepared and an additional bed was in the living room area. For 3 adults and 1 teenage boy were provided only 3 towers which wasn't enough. Bathroom shower was blocked and water wasn't go down fast enough so was needed to stop shower water running. Internet was constantly cutting off and tv was keep updating.

Very helpful guy that met me, and explained everything how to get in.Apartment was very clean and comfortable everything I need with shops on door step. However the cooker wasn't great very slow but managed in the end.

not enough towels for everyone and a lot of stress because pin didn't worked at the apartment that we supposedto stay, they asked us to go somewhere else, so we had find the other apartment in the rain, it looked a bid doggy at that point, but after all everything was ok, it was just stressful

Layout of rooms was good,comfortable beds

Noise from upstairs on first day,screaming,shouting and swearing,from evening till about 1am in morning

Good size, Clean and enough to accommodate for my whole family 2 adults , 2 Teenagers and 2 children

Parking was unavailable on-site, so I parked in the office car park across the street after business hours. There is free street parking, but finding an open spot can be challenging. Paid parking is available behind the property and becomes free after 4 PM. The location is just a 5-minute drive to Great Yarmouth Beach and 20 minutes from Potter Heigham, where you can rent a boat for a self-guided ride.

Very clean and the beds are very comfortable! X

It can get to hot in there, not many windows and old fashioned. Did supply us with a fan though.
