Aeraki Studios

The property had a nice pool area and was close to the beach. The beach was nice and quiet and very clean. There are a couple of great restaurants nearby.

The rooms were small and ours was a bit dark. We found it hard to move around and for us to keep it properly clean (we were a family of 3). The property area needed a bit of love. We booked a property elsewhere for my brother and were impressed by the care they received.

We had an app overlooking the pool, view was fantastic - we could admire sunsets from the balcony. Staff was great, very friendly and nice - we attended also BBQ evening one night, food was delicious, Stathis is a great host. Weather you just want to chill by the pool with great coctail or wander 3min away to the beach, Aeraki is the place to be.

Kitchen is very small and accessories limited, however you don’t miss anything. Some minor things are to be repaired around the property, but nothing to be bothered about - you’re on holiday :)

Das Bad war sehr eng geschnitten. Abends war es sehr laut. An zwei Abende fanden Poolpartys statt, so dass wir erst um 1 Uhr schlafen konnten.

Gute Lage zum Strand. Schöner Pool, schönes Appartement mit großzügiger Terrasse.

Das Bad war etwas klein.

L’établissement ne propose pas de petit déjeuner, mais un repas - grillades- le samedi soir :-) et c’est chouette. L’emplacement est un peu isolé, mais très prêt d’une belle plage - à pied 5 minutes- et d’un très bon restaurant. Un supermarché est également proche et joignable à pied où on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Le gérant est très souriant et accueillant . La communication est facile via whats app. est appréciable. Ils organisent même un Pick up si besoin… on recommande !

Il faudrait proposer pour certaines chambres (dont la notre) des chaises confortables à l’extérieur avec un abris soleil ou un parasol, sinon seule option manger comme des étudiants sur le lit le petit déjeuner ou le repas. :-( c’est un peu trop régressif à notre goût mais si on est plus jeune ça passera certainement ! Le matelas est bien dur mais c’est subjectif !

L hôtel est a proximité de la plage de glyfada (100m) le bus est au pied de l hotel. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Belle piscine avec transat pour se détendre.

C est dommage qu il n' y ait pas de ménage quotidien. Pas de serviette remplacée (au bout de 4 jours c est limite). La salle de bain est très petite et l évacuation trempe toute la salle de bain.
