Soleado apartamento vistas al mar Los Cristianos

It is a nice and spacious apartment with a great view. Very-well equipped. Centrum was 10minutes walk away.

This part was a bit windy for this reason we could not sit at the balcon too much.

Very neat and clean, everything you need was there - fully equipped kitchen, nice shower, lots of space. Supermarket is in the same building. Nice breakfast in Mokelino bar close by.

Location was serene and quiet which on some days was a good thing. Lots of walking areas to watch a sunset or go walk by the coast. Loads of shops like Iceland downstairs and neighbouring local supermarkets. Good cooking facilities and utensils, towels, blankets etc.

Los Cristianos is more for retirees and pensioners. It's good if you want a quiet stay with close access to Las Americas and other areas. Though not much going on in the area itself. Name of the apartment on booking and name of building (Costamar) are totally different. So be prepared if taking taxi etc to mention Costamar or the neighbouring Arona Gran Hotel as a pick up point. Pool was freezing, no temperature control there plus not allowed to play music poolside neither. TV's pointless unless you have a firestick or Google Chromecast to mirror external devices like a tablet etc.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless. Wonderful sea views from a decent size balcony. The location is excellent, very central with lots of bars and cafes nearby, but quiet, pleasant and relaxing.

The building itself is dated and appeared to be undergoing major new gas pipes installation. The pool area was not easy to access.
