"All fine apart from lack of reception staff and reception and facilities not working properly"

The lifts were very unreliable, and could not find any reception to find any thing out about the property. It clearly said 24/7 reception. I am disabled and was on the 3rd floor and the lifts not working to the ground floor only to the 2nd floor when the lift was working.

Lovely spacious apartment, great location very quiet. Nice facilities and very comfortable.

Pool was a little chilly but was fine when in a few more kitchen utensils would have been handy like a tin opener. One of our party was staying on the sofa bed in the living room. Some sort of curtains or blinds would have been good across the patio and smaller back bedroom (voile netting)just for privacy when the light is on and to block out the light at sunrise. The location of the apartment never got the sun on the balcony but having said that it stayed nice and cool.

Beautiful complex, quiet, friendly and relaxing.

Kitchen needed a few more utensils. No tin opener, no bottle opener, no measuring jug. Also not enough clothes hangers for a family for two weeks.
