Thomas House near the beach

Very clean, nice location, had everything you needed. I would go there again.

The location is excellent, 50m from the beautiful beach and center and well-equipped large market are close by. The studio has new furniture, it is clean, the bed is extremely comfortable, wide enough for 2 people. The bathroom is new. From the terrace there is a side view of the sea. The street is not noisy or too busy.

It is inconvenient to wash hands at the bathroom sink, so the bathroom floor is constantly wet. In the kitchen area there is no space on the work surface, I had to put stovetop on the floor. There is only one a cooking vessel, which is insufficient. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole stay, so you have to buy it the next day, as well as garbage bags.

The location is good. The street is quiet overall. There might be a few bikers who like to rev their bikes every now and then, but compared to other streets in Kallikrateia, it's not too bad. The walk to the beach is short and there's a supermarket close by. The apartment is clean and the kitchenette includes everything necessary for a brief stay. The bed was comfortable and the A/C was great. The owner was friendly and very accommodating.

In our room there was some sort of leak coming from the shower so the floor was always a bit wet.

No parking lots

Great location, everything needed within couple of minutes on foot. Though small, kitchen is fully equipped, even with a Nespresso type coffee machine. The entire apartment gives a feel of being recently renovated and has a fast and stable internet connection.

We were lucky to get a parking spot directly in front of the property, but there is no designated one. However, this situation applies to pretty much entire town so just pointing it out to avoid surprises for future guests.

The room was in great condition and very clean. everything is new and the room is so nicely renovated. Roula and Vassilis are wonderful hosts. thank you very much for everything!

amazing location, near the beach and centre. manager/owner very accommodating wrt check out time (but it was low season).

the bathroom is effectively a wet room but I had no issues with that.
