>Every day cleaning. >Central position of the accommodation close to the beach,shops and restaurants. >Nice view of the beach and sea from terrace. >We have problem with water dripping and landlord was very quick and he solve the problem immediately.

>First of all, is no parking space dedicated for this apartment(hotel). You have to search for a spot in the crowded area. The streets are very tight and if you are lucky enough you will not find scratched car in the morning. There was some info on Facebook and viber channels that sometimes police take out license plate registration for inappropriate parking.(be careful) >The location is located above a pizzeria and gyro shop and in evening there is smell from food. >Very hot on the staircase. > Narrow steps and lilt bit claustrophobic entrance (be careful for injuries) > Being located in the tourist area, you have to assume that there is commotion until around 2 in the morning. >High pillows not adequate for good and quality sleep >Air Condition was very old and dirty and not clean and disinfected. >Dripping water from outside AC compressor directly on clothes.(Isolate inlet and outlet pipes with insulation tape GENERAL REMARKS FOR SEA AND CLIMATE(not connected with apartment) >The sea in center city was not clear as we expected (near is some kind of channel. >In high season climate in City is very hot and humid and you can't sleep without AC. >We went to Beach Mykoniatika and Sahara an this two beach was very clean and nice compare to Center Beach.

The owner very polite and helpful. Clean and equiped room. Every day the cleaning lady prepared our room changing sheets and towels. Central position of the accomodation. Excellent value for the price.
