Really nice gym, located right on the beach and close to the dive center I was diving with. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

They advertise "Studio apartments" and "One bedroom apartments", but in reality they offer average hotel rooms. It is on me for not looking at the details of the listing more closely and noticing that there is no kitchen and the "apartment" is only 25 square meters. However, I do feel that their listing is misleading. Given that the rooms are just average hotel rooms, I feel like the price is too high compared to what you can get for less in the area (e.g. entire bungalows). The staff were friendly but a bit disorganized. For example, when I checked out I returned the three keys I had for the two rooms I stayed in. I specifically said: "And here is the extra key they gave me for room 10" as I handed the extra key to her. Later that day while I was waiting for the ferry, the hotel called me claiming that I had not returned the extra key. Also, when I returned to pick up my bags that I had stored at reception after checking out, they claimed that I had an unpaid bill for two large iced coffees. I had paid for everything I got from the restaurant directly at the restaurant and had never drank any coffee there. It took them a while to get the confusion resolved while I was pressed for time to return rental scooters before the shuttle to the port. On Saturday they cut the power to the rooms from about 2:00 until 5:00 during the hottest part of the day when guests are likely to be returning from morning outings and possibly wanting to cool off and rest. None of this was communicated to the guests in any way nor were any provisions for their comfort offered during the outage. Lastly, the food from the restaurant was not very good. I got a chicken "burger" that had a tiny little sliver of chicken breast in it that seemed like it had been defrosted in the microwave and then had any remaining moisture fried out of it in skillet.

De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed. De kamers zijn basic maar prima. De locatie is ook goed. Je moet sowieso zorgen dat je een scooter huurt. Ga dan zeker ook naar ceningnan, dat eiland heeft een nog relaxtere sfeer. Net over de brug rechts heb je een aantal hele leuke en super betaalbare tentjes zitten waar je heerlijk kan chillen en eten. De gym faciliteiten zijn echt boven verwachting. Het is een plek waar zowel gezinnen als backpackers komen. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. De accomodaties zijn net 100 meter van de bar en het zwembad. Iets om rekening mee te houden als je met kleine kinderen reist.

Het eten is echt heel basic. Ik zou voor het eten echt de deur uit gaan, er is veel keuze!

Great staff!! 💖 Very good location. Can walk to lots of restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.
