Los Almendricos Appartment - 3 bedrooms Orihuela Costa

The apartment is large, clean and well equipped for self catering. We were 2 adults and 2 children but would comfortably sleep another 2. We picked it because it was close to our friends Villa which is where we spent most of our time. Located in a very quiet area so we felt very safe there. We were left a lovely welcome package and the communication from the host was excellent. The host also ensured hair dryer, straighteners and towels were available as we only had hand luggage so this was an added bonus for us. There's an arcade/bowling and roof top golf a short drive away if you have children.

We stayed for 4 nights which was long enough, the balcony didn't get the sun and there were no loungers round the pool. It was April so was too cold to use anyway. The beds all had waterproof mattress protectors and poor quality bedding which my kids struggled with. (The bedding definitely needs updating) The closest shops and restaurants are a good 25 minute walk, which we knew so we hired a car at the airport. There's a big Aldi a short drive away to stock up and some nice places to eat a drive away. I would recommend this apartment as a Base to explore the surrounding areas and I would stay again.

The terrace was great, the apartment was very spacious, the swimming pool was great. Not to fare from all the facilities by car. However, 10 min by car to a huge shopping, beach

To peaceful for us, without a car is a bit complicated to go to restaurants or any shopping. Lack of public transportation

El apartamento tiene de todo lo necesario y más. Tiene una terraza enorme, aire acondicionado, una cocina súper completa. El anfitrión muy simpático, pendiente todo el tiempo y nos dejó salir más tarde de lo normal. Para ir en familias ( hemos ido dos) el apartamento está muy bien. Nos dejaron zumo, vino, patatas etc para el recibimiento. Es una zona tranquila, con una piscina grande ( no va nadie por lo q es casi de uso individual), se puede aparcar súper bien en la misma puerta. Zona muy segura.

Al mover las camas para barrer, encontramos gomas de pelo y algo de suciedad por el suelo. Se nota q habían limpiado pero por debajo de las camas no del todo.

La piscine est grande. L'appatement est fonctionnel. Quartier calme.

La clim ne fonctionnait pas au début, heureusement le propriétaire a vite réagi pour installer une nouvelle. Le salon n'accueille pas une famille de six.
