Great place,nice garden,fantastic playground for kids of different age. Really impressed.

The room was clean, the towels and the bed sheets were changed every 2 days. The garden was very big and beautiful. I appreciated the dish soap and sponge, the coffe machine and sandwich toaster. Overall a very nice stay.

Very sticky cooking pots. Very very bad wi-fi.

The apartment has a good location. It was clean.

Weak wifi. Noise from other guests, especially children. And noise from cars.

Nikos and family are very friendly and would give great advices on beaches and places to visit. Our room was a typical studio, with a double bed, sofa, kitchenette and bathroom. We had literally everything we needed for our stay. There are plenty of very nice and well kept shared outdoor areas, including covered eating areas, a BBQ area, a small basketball pitch, outdoor showers and a playground for the little ones. The accommodation is located on the main road from Nikiti and to a walkable distance from some beautiful beaches.

The only slightly negative thing was that the air con external units are noisy, but to be honest, it was just because we don't like air-con and slept with the window open. So, it won't probably be a problem if you sleep with air-con on and windows closed.
