The location is great, right on the square. The place itself is really nice and also very comfortable.

We arrived late at night and there was no electricity. Mains had been turned off. Messaged the property but in the meantime managed to turn the mains on . Things that could happen. By morning, there was still no hot water. Again, things that can happen. Messaged the property again and it took almost 2 hours for the message to be acknowledged. By the time the issue was resolved, the attitude of the person we presumed to be the owner had put us off, completely. I have paid less for better in Amsterdam. When I said that to the man, his reply was "you haven't even paid yet" and that the prices are what they are. This was not about the price, which we knew about, or not wanting to pay. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend and I didn't expect to waste time sorting such issues. Again I can understand that such things can happen but you don't give attitude to a client who is not getting the service paid for and expected as a basic. Had the attitude been different, this review would have been extremely positive. There was also an "insect" which the owner blamed on the fact that the property is in the countryside (right in the middle of town) and a basic lack of things like kitchen paper or something similar. Some lights didn't work and the extractors in the bathrooms make an awful noise. Petty stuff? Probably, but when you are paying good money, not getting the service you expect and then get attitude thrown in on top, I think I am actually being rather mild. And just in case these claims are denied, I have pictures and screenshots. The guy did give us a discount for the inconvenience caused but it wasn't forthcoming. He assumed a bottle of wine and a breakfast would be enough. Later during our stay we encountered a lady who was the epitome of what the service should have been like. Kind, helpful, enquiring about our stay and asking if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Thank you.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Die Wohnung ist stylisch renoviert. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, einfacher Zugang. Parkplätze in der Nähe.

Apartamento moderno. Confortável. Com utensilios de cozinha. 2 WC. Máquina de café. TV, WIFI e AC. Fica localizado no centro histórico. Onde tem um castelo e um lindo jardim. Vale a pena a visita

A cama fica no piso superior, feito com traves que ao andar fazem bastante barulho.

Struttura molto accogliente.
