Sol Paz y Mar

The host was great, very knowledgeable on the island and provided a lot of things to see and do. The property is very relaxed, you can comfortably have all the sun you want on the roof terrace or relax inside.

The apartment was well-equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The terrace had a wonderful view. All in all a fantastic place to stay.

Nice and quiet location. The apartment was a good size for 1 or 2 people. The outside area and the roof terrace were a great spot to relax.

Very nice apartment in a nice place. Kitchen was fully equipped, we cooked every day. The bathroom is modern and clean, the bed is comfortable. It is in a very good place, shop is 2 minute walk, beach too.

Perfect for escaping the pressures of day-to-day life, under a big sky, full of stars, sunrise over the Atlantic and moonset over the mountains, just the company of collared doves and the occasional cat on the rooftop terrace, though I suspect the hosts would be amenable to sharing a bottle of Cava and conversation as the sun goes down (something I regret not offering, arriving with a huge burden of stress as I did). Small supplement to stay till 6pm to suit flight and a price less than a taxi for the airport drop-off by the host. Local store just minutes away has local produce and friendly staff. Finest restaurants just a few minutes' drive away. Everyone is most appreciative at the most basic attempt at Spanish! Tenerife at its finest away from the crowds. I couldn't dislike anything, even the gentle background hum of the Tenerife circular route to remind me it wasn't me on the road! Some seeking to explore may find a hire car might be needed, though there is a half-hourly bus service on the main route around the island - added here as a note to location score, not as a negative.
