"Bad"

No sea view, it's a side view (look at the photo). It's an old apartment with faulty amenities: the washing machine doesn't work well and makes an incredible noise, the intercom doesn't work, there's a sewage smell coming from the toilet, and there's no range hood in the kitchen, just a hole in the ceiling. If you try to complain to the agency, they will try to evict you.
