Praia Mar

Location of the property was exactly where we wanted to be, right in the city. The beach was down the road and close to our family, who were local.

There was renovation work going on in another apartment, the construction started at 8am (not Cecilia’s fault) but very annoying. I also wish she left the garage door opener to make it easier to get in & out. Several times we were locked in the parking area because other tenants would shut the doors & there was no way to get out. Luckily people heard us yelling for help & came to our aid. That was extremely aggravating.

The apartment is spacious and clean. Cecilia was ready to help us with any questions.

Upon booking it did not indicate anywhere that the host lives in the apartment herself. We checked the information carefully and saw the reviews saying that there is one room that is locked with hosts' things. It also showed the square metres of the apartment that we are booking. Nowhere it was written that we are booking just one bedroom. So just upon arriving we were told that we will not be alone...

Great host, great location,very nice apartment with a balcony, parking, proximity of restaurant and the surfers beach.
