The location was excellent, close to everything in San Sebastián

Having to register and load passport details through an app was clunky and frustrating. There was no information about anything inside the apartment ie: how the a/c, cooker or anything worked. Communication with the owner was poor. We could not find any WiFi information in the apartment and messaged the owner just after check in at 1600 and didn’t receive a reply until after 0900am the next day when we were due to leave
