Bellavista Concha Beach - SSHousing

The location is opposite the beach and lovely restaurants to eat while overlooking the bay. The views from the apartment from every room over the bay were stunning Its a 15 mins walk into town for everything you need and want to explore. The beds are very comfortable, they supplied basic requirements like soap, shampoo, dishwasher tables and washing machine powder which is great for the few days we were there. We asked if we could stay a little later on our checking out day due to our ongoing travel plans, and this was accomodated and greatly appreciated giving us the morning to enjoy the beach and pack without rushing. We are a family of 6 and it has lots of space and quirky features.

The lift was broken and its 6 flights of stairs up and down Unfortunately I'm less abled which made this quite a feat each time I went out This is not the fault of the owner but the access and stairs could be mentioned in the details of the apartment to ensure less abled people can consider this when booking

Fabulous location and stunning views over La concha beach

Location is absolutely incredible. Incredible views over the beach / city from basically every room. Great location to discover the city. You can easily walk the city from the apartment. Team at SSHousing was friendly and responsive. The kitchen has all you need for a short break. Super Market just in front of the house.

Some of the furnitures in the living room and kitchen could use a little update.

The view

It was such a beautiful view but not a comfy place to sit and look at the view. Very outdated. One of the showers was very clogged and could overfill quickly. Some dull nails sticking out of wood floors and can be problematic with kids.

Beds in front room very hard and please replace the bin in the kitchen annoying and unhygienic having to lift the lid every time to use it as it was broken, and it could do with a lick of paint in places.
