Location and view from the Balcony was beautiful. Apartment needs money invested in it though. No Smoke alarms in the entire building nor sprinklers. Over Priced for a view.

Vendor refused to respond to my compliant and Bookings did not get involved. One to be wary of. "The Agent" I will begin with the Agent. We had challenges with this agent from the start. Ultimately, he did accommodate our request to collect keys at lunchtime but under duress. The Agent, most alarmingly, was aggressively trying to capture my card details on day one claiming to need a copy. When I reiterated that all damages would be dealt with via Bookings.Com the agent again interjected and denied this. The agent also “insisted” that he come and do an inspection of the Apartment at the same time as he got my card details. He also insisted and I unfortunately provided – my Passport details and those of my family (deleted from Screenshots) . Surely a breach of GDPR despite being sent via encrypted software. I contacted your Bookings.Com customer services – got advice and fed that back him. As a result of that interaction – I felt uneasy discussing anything with this agent and as a result we were unable to have a linen change – as per the contract. I believe we were being harassed and I told him he was ruining our Holiday. He in fact DID ruin our holiday. Again, I refer to my interactions with him – quite forceful and intimidating. My wife was scared he would turn up at any time during our stay. That is not right. I have NEVER dealt with an agent or even met an owner when I was booking on your site. I think he dealt with us like an AirBnB host – which we were not. The property was sticky, dirty and not as described. It stated it was fit for 4 or 5 people but my two Sons had to sleep on sub standard beds which were more like Army/Camp beds. There was no storage in the second room which they slept in as the beds were pushed right up against the closet making the storage inaccessible. One of the beds had no under sheet (which due to the above we were unable to rectify). There was only one prison grade pillow in each bedroom. Fire Hazard.Avoid.

Absolutely great location in town - next to a beautiful park and the beach and the old town. The balcony was great and mainly where we sat - day and evening - great view! The apartment is cosy and small - so the balcony really gives a great extra space. Easy to get around. Hosts very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

There are a few things that could be upgraded for an even better stay. The beds, the pans, and the furniture on the balcony. A bit run down and pulled the overall score a bit down. Unfortunately.

Second room had two singles, not ideal for our party but I understand. No AC. Elevator fits two fat Americans only.

Excellent location, close to the old town (5 minute walk) with the sea visible from the terrace. Clean and well maintained with parking close by in an underground car park.

Location was spectacular. Host provided guidance on where to visit and eat.

Juan. The owner kept in contact by what’s app and we arranged a time for him to meet us there. We caught cab from station 8 euro. Juan explained all to us and it was great View from balcony gorgeous, dishwasher, washing machine and detergent

Coffee pods for machine the only thing we needed the location fabulous and walkable to the whole city area, quiet at night, comfortable modern apartment

Great host - was easy check-in / check-out pocess. We even could leave our luggage post check-out in the flat and pick-it up later. Clean apartment with all facilities needed. Very beatiful outside terrace with side bay view. Excellent location right in the center and near the beach. There is even small elevator in the building which is nice to have given apartment is at the top floor.
