Casa Brisa Marina

Great location and fantastic, friendly hosts. A very cozy house, comfortable for up to 4 adults or families with kids. Only downsides are the very small bathroom and kitchen spaces, but a comfortable living room and bedroom make up for it. Beach only 5 minute walk away, as are all restaurants and a supermarket.

Die Lage ist wirklich gut, in ca 15 Min zu Fuß ist man am Strand und in der Einkaufsstraße. Das Parken war gut geregelt, für 15 Euro konnte man die ganze Woche parken, wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in der Umgebung der Wohnung gefunden. Die Betten sind bequem, das Bad war ziemlich neu und sauber. Die Vermieter waren immer zu erreichen und haben sofort geantwortet.

Die Wohnung wirkt in die Jahre gekommen. Der Außenbereich war leider nicht sauber und daher wenig einladend. Die Küche und das Bad sind wirklich klein (ja, das war auf den Bilder zu sehen, aber live war es nochmal enger, das Waschbecken im Bad ist wirklich mini. Ein größerer Mann hätte hier seine Probleme). Da wir nicht jeden Tag gekocht haben, war die Küche ok, aber dort für 4 Personen zu kochen, wäre sehr unkomfortabel gewesen.

Zentrale, ruhige Lage. Morgens und nachmittags Sonne auf der Terrasse.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Alkmaar is 10 mins, Amsterdam 35 mins away by car. The beach of the beautiful small village Egmond an Zee is only 2 mins walk away. The host was very polite and ready to help anytime. I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

I cannot find any thing that I didnt like there.
