By The Sea

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with this property. I stayed for 2 nights, and the apartment was heavily infested with cockroaches. They were everywhere — in the kitchen, inside the refrigerator, inside the microwave, in the bedrooms, and even in the bathrooms. On the first night, we couldn’t sleep at all because of how many cockroaches were crawling around. I personally killed more than 50 cockroaches, and I have photos as proof. It was clearly a serious and long-standing infestation, not something that just appeared suddenly. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the agent falsely accused us of causing the problem, claiming that we brought the cockroaches because we didn’t request trash collection. This is completely untrue and unacceptable. I even had to buy cleaning supplies at my own expense and tried to clean the apartment myself, but the infestation was too severe to handle. This situation completely ruined our stay and vacation. Although Booking.com provided a small compensation, it was not fair considering the severity of the issue and the condition of the property. I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and beach.

Great living space and outdoor patio which leads to gym and pool! We enjoyed everything about our stay.

Big, nice and clean apartment. Some of the furnitures have seen better days but everthing was really nice and good. Host was super nice, pool is really good, location is good!

Two points that I see as an opportunity to improve, not a big negative point: 1) Some stuff in the apartment could be replaced easily and cheap to make an even better impression. When we arrived, the table cloth on the eating table had a big stain (coffee?) on it. I think a new one does not hurt and looks better ;) 2) The terrace was not so nice to use: I understand that birds crap on the floor, thats nature. But it does not look like it is cleaned to often (definetly not on our arrival). And on that big space there is one cheap table and 4 cheap chairs. That´s it. If I look at the neighbours with barbecue, chill lounge, extra sun chairs to lie,... here is huge opportunity missed to make it much more attractive withouht too much effort. Important point (does not have todo with the hotel directly): the beach is not good. In the sense: you have restaurants, sand, nice view. But nobody swims, water looks not good and many jellyfish. We knew and took this apartment with the amazing pool.
