Muito agradável,já não é a primeira vez que fico neste hotel, adorei e vou continuar cliente. Adorei o spa, o ginásio, o pequeno almoço, tudo 5 estrelas :)

Simpatia do pessoal muito positiva. Relativamente à limpeza, arrumação e decoração do hotel também nota máxima. No entanto na zona do SPA, o jacuzzi, não tinha a temperatura da água desejável durante os dois dias da nossa estadia. O banho turco ao segundo dia também teve um problema de funcionamento e a sauna nunca esteve ativa. Mesmo a temperatura da água do duche só no segundo dia é que esteve realmente quente..nota mediocre para o ar condicionado/aquecimento no quarto que nunca atingiu uma temperatura confortavel. Convém frisar que pernoitámos duas noites numa suite e durante o inverno. Foi nos dito à chegada e até à nossa saída que estavam a tentar resolver a situação, complicada por ser altura de fim-de-semana e feriado prolongado.

"Great place to stay in the country"

Once we had found the hotel which was a bit difficult using our British satnav we were pleasantly surprised as to how lovely it was. As we arrived a wedding reception was taking place and the hotel and its gardens were ideal for this type of event. Our room was great, being on the top floor ideal for sunbathing and extremely comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and we made full use of the outdoor & indoor(heated) swimming pools together with the Jacuzzi, sauna & Turkish bath. Breakfast was good. We found a wonderful restaurant nearby called Quinta da Lama in nearby Caminho da Rue (2.5km) We can't wait to visit both soon.
