La vue et la superficie de l'appartement.

Manque d'entretien : bcp de poussière, intérieur des armoires, vaisselle, serviettes de bain et draps de lit qui sentent mauvais. Dépôt important de calcaire accumulé sur la robinetterie. Lit clic-clac très inconfortable. Accès à l'appartement avec beaucoup d'escaliers.
