A fantastic property spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and offering a true home-away-from-home experience, but with the added bonus of breathtaking ocean views and the iconic Table Mountain as your backdrop.

I did come across a cockroach, but in a residential-style apartment, that can happen. Fortunately, that was the only minor downside, and everything else about this place was absolutely great definitely more pros than cons!

The view is great. Location is good.

Not suitable for 4 adults. Second room extremely small. Apartment Would be okay for 2 adults and 2 children. Kitchen sparsely equipped. Some of the dishes in cupboard were not clean. Oven pan in oven not clean. Shower moldy. Cleaning company not doing a great job. No one is checking. Main bedroom no shower. Towels badly stained. Issues with plugs caused electricity to go off. It should have been fixed before renting it out.
