Breathtaking views in Blouberg!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several issues we encountered during our recent stay at your property. Firstly, there was a significant lack of communication prior to our arrival. There was communication only on the day of our arrival, despite my numerous attempts to get hold of the property manager, Mr Luke. We were not informed that the electricity was prepaid. This led to an inconvenient situation where we had to keep asking for electricity credits upon our arrival. Additionally, one of the main reasons we chose your property was because it advertised a washing machine and a dishwasher, which is essential for our needs because we stayed for 8 nights. Upon arrival, we found that there was no washing machine available. This was a major inconvenience and contrary to the information provided on your listing. It was not communicated to us that the keys for the new towels is hidden in a secret cupboard. We hope to receive a prompt response addressing these concerns and a suitable resolution for the inconvenience caused. Clear communication and accurate representation of amenities are crucial for ensuring a positive guest experience, and we trust that you will take immediate steps to rectify these issues.

Well appointed apartment with amazing views! We had a comfortable and restful stay. Will definitely recommend this apartment.

Everything was fabulous review kept the TV.. we could not watch any TV because it kept getting stuck which was disappointing because we are TV lovers so we were in silence all the time. Other than that everything was spectacular. Everything you need is there and the view is amazing. Just fix the TV problem and it will be a 10. The pictures doesn't do the place justice. It really is a stunning place
