Duplex La Tosca by Sunkeyrents

Staying in this accommodation left the best impressions. We had absolutely everything necessary for a comfortable residence. Everything is thought out to the smallest details , there's also a terassa with a grill. The complex itself is very comfortable and clean, and the presence of a personal parking lot in the underground parking was a huge bonus. There's a beach, supermarket and restaurants in 10 minutes walk. Communication with Marta was very pleasant , we were given detailed instructions for settlement, Marta answered additional questions very quickly and informatively.

Plenty parking. Near beach. Supermarkets and restaurants near enough. Kitchen well equiped and nice terrace.

Amazing apartment for the money spent!

Maybe a bit more cleaning needed.

Nice little garden to relax, short walk to a nice beach and small town center. Safe indoor cellar parking. Spacious apartment for 2 persons. Everything was there. Quick response from personnel through WhatsApp. WiFi although not fully clear from beginning was OK to do some work. Water pressure very good (although hot water supply not overly long).

With these apartments there is no sound proofing so you will hear up stairs and both side neighbours if they are home. Weekend evenings some loud music playing from the rooftop terrace which bounces off the surrounding apartments. Window of the main bed room not fully closing doesn’t help. Apartment is advertised as having two double beds (+sleeping couch) but the second bed we tried to sleep in at one of the noisier evenings really doesn’t fit two persons properly and could require upgrade.

Everything about the stay in that apartment was nice We enjoyed our vacation with a lot of pleasure

That when I arrived a received a welcome text... I loved that it was in a gated area, the Duplex we booked was easy to find, getting into the property was easy, once we found the pool it was a wonderful addition and one of the reasons why I choose this location. All the pictures shown on the site are exactly as you see it, the pool surrounding area was always clean, everyone we met was always friendly, and there was plenty of parking if you chose to hire a car (we did not). Once inside the house and all the amenities you need including WiFi You're about a 10 - 15 minute walk from the local shopping mall there has Burger King, as well as a local supermarket HiperDino for all your needs and a hand full or restaurants including, Chinese, pizza, and an ice cream parlour. Also 5 minutes in a different direction the local beach and tourist spot, along with a number of restaurant and hotels, and also discovered you can walk along a path and get a descent way around parts of the island. Discovered some of the other hotels offer excursions including, dirt buggies, power gliding as trips the Siam water Park, you can also rent electric scooters to get around via an app. And yes the Spanish TV package did include some English speaking channels (we reprogrammed the TV), and this was so very cool so many movies we got to watch while there.

I would have liked to be met by someone, once at the property. Once inside it would have been nice to have had some kind of welcome pack containing possible sights to see near the duplex, how to get to the water park (what bus to take etc), how to hire an electric scooter, where the near shops where and so on. I did google the above once there, in addition to where the nearest shopping mall was... Though it would have been nice for this info to have been offered, also the house has WiFi though signal is weak upstairs, so our son choose to sleep down stairs

some comfortable outdoor furniture would be better as it's a nice balcony area
