I loved the Place n Cleanlines

I didnt like when the Staff force to upgrade our room with extra charges, the staff delayed our check in, from 3.30 to 5 30 pm and until today fail to pay me back my deposit

Its a scam..the owner not even answer my call and missing. Somemore there were banner saying that " strictly no for homestay" . I've been waiting for check in from 3pm to 4.30pm but he not even answer my call and switch off the phone.

Like the swimming pool...

I don't like the customer service, very slow in responding to my messages & don't answer my calls at all...besides we were 7 of us but only provides 2 towels for the whole unit, no toilet rolls at all in all the toilets, no amenities as well...the first time I checked in, many towels but all of them is wet, can't use them at all !!!!

Mistery management.. not showing face on collect n return the key... hassle key taken at jazz and returns one place. This is I santorini apartment n not supposed to gv for stay. Never say on late checkout now asking for rm90... and treating will deduct rm400 from my own bank account.. unsafe property management to stay..

Irresponsible person in charge.nvr reply mcg on time and make us wait so long to take keys and check in.didnt pay deposit back no time.need ask again and again and again. At last charge us rm 60 from us for late check out. Even if he is the one reply late.we check out on time. He doesn't give instructions on how to pass the key back. Have to wait for 2 days for the deposit,at the last deduct rm60. We arrived at the place at 4.22pm. He replied to mcg at 6.00pm++ . He was supposed to ask us sorry. But never say a single word. At last I lost my money. Unprofessional and irresponsible person. Nobody should go to that hotel ready. Booking.com should remove this place from they app.

Very bad.... After check out they didn't refund the security deposit rm 100.00 Almost 2 weeks ready...msg and calls also they downt to answer and replies Very bad 👎
