The location is extremely convenient you can park for free on the road it is easy to find space , the size of the property is very decent ( 2 adults , 1 child 3 years old and a 2 months old baby ) , if you don’t drive it is walking distance to 2 or 3 beaches and agios nikolaos town centre . There is an Amazing greek local restaurant 3 min walk away called Ta Bouzoukia that serves very twsty greek cusine at affordable prices . Very good price for the location and season ( end of august and I booked 10 days before ) . We arrived at 23:30 and the hosts left the key on the door which was very kind and helpful . Baby bed for free which was greatly appreciated and safe thank you very much . Fridge and cuttlleries plates etc available so it was great to make breakfast . Good and affordable supermarket right in front of the hotel very convenient . AC if needed and small lift

I almost didn’t sleep the first night because you can hear everything happening in the stairs ( people going in and out walking even normally without making much noise or talking normally ) but i manage to sleep well the 2 nights after that , as well as hearing people above moving furniture etc , so bare in mind it is not well isolated . The pillows are too high and big for side sleepers so I used towels instead . The appartment could benefit from modernisation and new modern decors but for the price it is very good and also perfectly fine if you spend the day out exploring the island so not there much appart of night time .
