Great Yarmouth PK Sunset View - NOW with Linen

The best stay for a family. Extremely clean, well equipped and in an ideal spot, both in terms of its site on the holiday park and for getting to local things to do, like the Pleasure beach. We loved our stay and would definitely rebook.

The cleanliness was awful. There was a stale dirty smell as soon as the door was opened. The sofa smelt very dirty. Crockery was dirty & I had to wipe something sticky of the kitchen side as soon as we arrived. We had booked 3 nights but could only stomach 2 so left early. The double bed was lumpy so we had to sleep in the single beds. The owners need to have a word with their cleaner as the basic cleaning was awful (cobwebs,. hair in fridge , dirty fridge , etc ) Overall it was not a pleasant stay due to cleanliness, smell & the place being very tired.

The owners were lovely and always responded to messages. Tried to help us when we realised we needed linen and towels and had travelled 6 hours without any! As a host they were great. Reported issues to them (photos attached) to avoid us being charged for damages and they responded immediately.

It does need some TLC. We reported when there that a kitchen unit was damaged and a door was broken. There was also an issue with sewage stench in the single toilet which stunk out the caravan. The sofa was also a bit whiffy and needs a clean. Cobwebs were on ceiling but may just have been time of year but cleaner should have noticed. If it was my caravan, I would be speaking with cleaner.

It was exceptionally clean, contained essential kitchen equipment/utensils. Excellent wifi and large tv. The double bed was very comfy and the hosts were great and available. We were there for a venue at Potters resort which is a few minutes drive from the location.
