There was no service the electricity and gas went out there was a camera which made us feel uncomfortable and it wasn’t cleaned properly when I went to bed later that night there was a bug in the bed so we slept on the sofa overall not happy

On site facilities & staff were fantastic. From the bar and the restaurant, through to the swimming pool & arcade, we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was perfect.

Site shop could've been better stocked. But maybe as it's out of season, the stock levels & variety are deliberately low.

The caravan was absolutely lovely and felt homely as soon as you walked in and I loved the fact that there was WiFi, PlayStation with games, board games and books. Although I did not get much time to enjoy these things as was out most of the time enjoying the weather the fact that it was available was just lovely.

A lovely caravan made really homely with little personal gestures such as the books, TV, PS3, DVDs, PS3 games and board games. I really appreciated the morning phone call to inform me of how to get into the caravan and offering assistance should I need it. The caravan is located near the central area but way enough so you are not near lots of passing traffic or other people. The facilities and entertainment provided lots to do on site and there is lots to do close by as well. The food was really nice and good quality. I was expecting a long wait and this did not happen. Fantastic trip overall.

The caravan was not as clean as I expected on arrival (no fault of hosts as I believe they use external companies but they had missed lots of areas of hoovering and some area required a good dust/wipe down which was a shame as the caravan is so homely and suited for families. Also the car space area is uneven and a big bush with large branches makes parking quite difficult to do without scraping your car. Also, it is a shame you cannot access a more local beach due to the cliff collapse.
