Modern Penthouse with Balcony - Near Beach & Town

excellent property, very clean well presented with nice big rooms comfortable beds etc.

nothing the only thing it could have to make it better is a freezer. but that is being very picky as this is an excellent property and great place to stay.

There was nothing not to like.

We loved everything about this property. exceptionally clean, light and airy. so much provided, eg hand soap, loo roll, washing up liquid, tea/coffee etc. a real home from home.

One thing, that wasn’t the biggest deal, was one room had no wardrobe, just hooks on the door. my sister shared my wardrobe. maybe a freestanding rail would be a nice idea. also a bin in the bedrooms would be handy. the bottom of the bath was very slippery, so we used one of the hand towels in the bath when showering 😊

The location was perfect under 5 minute walk to the top of the town and a short walk down to the seafront. Beds were really comfortable. Aesthetically beautiful apartment loved everything. The use of netflix was a great added bonus. Tea, coffee soap & washing up liquid, toilet roll provided, even noticed a fan in the wardrobe in the main room should you need it in the hotter months. Balcony was a great addition. Easy check in/out (collecting keys from lock box, leaving them in the lock box) Ample parking behind building Day rate 8am-4pm £8, considering how close to town you are we didn't think that was too bad.

You have to take the good and the bad (not the apartments fault) due to the location our second nights stay (bank holiday friday) was particularly noisy outside and I did awake to alot of shouting/ drunk people several times as there is an alley way right by the bedrooms. Although not a deal breaker there was no freezer compartment in the fridge not essential for everyone but would have liked if there was one for my preference. There was no lift (penthouse apartment 2 flights of stairs with heavy cases) The parking spaces that were free out the back of the property (not the carpark) said permit holders only and if not displayed you could be fined £100 so was reluctant to park there also didn't know it was the right place to park but that bit was my own fault as I didn't look at my emails until the evening before we were leaving.

Lovely clean apartment with good facilities. Parking out the back was very useful (even if it was unpaved). Location very good above the high street and east to walk to beach and local market. owners were very responsive and helpful.

might help if the parking area was also identified by WhatThreeWords to be exact to avoid any doubt on which building you were at.

Good location for getting around on foot, the apartment was really nice and big. Parking available. Great communication.
