"Small apartment with all amenities necessary but nothing more."

very comfortable bed, great location

Upon arrival the key was supposed to be in a box but the instructions were not clear at all (I had stayed here many times and never had an issue, but the box for the key was broken apparently) so I found myself with no key and no access to the apartment at 9pm. The owners phone was turned off and no way to get in touch. The day after I was told they don't answer the phone before 8am and after 8pm. Not very professional. Loads of ants in the kitchen.
