1. the room is quite clean, 2. the owner provided the portable gas stove, 3. the owner did provide us the details (such as no towels provided) or rules about the apartment on the day of arrival 4. the price is reasonable as this property is still consider "new" in this area, and it is near to Simpang Pulai toll (very convenient) .

1a. but the swimming pool is very dirty and murky, we even saw mucus floating on the water. 2a. but the gas stove is without gas cylinder (we never expect we need to bring it on our own), 3a. but luckily we saw the message before we move our journey, otherwise we might need to buy towels on the way, and there are also quite a lot of hidden rules stated in the list, 4a. but I think the property is not under proper management, so better go there before it run down.
