Modern apartment in Leamington Spa City Centre

Great location, friendly host, good communication and size of apartment.

Great, apartment, Alain our host was fab, communication great, responds straight away. Everything you need in the house, we'll equipped, Internet could be a bit dodgy sometimes, kept going off. Beds were really comfortable 😊 . The cleaner could do with dusting a bit better. Everything you need is in Leamington shop wise etc. My old home town.. if you've never been to the Jephon Gardens in town, we'll worth a visit, my favourite place to go. If you are vegan there is a shop (bakery) 2 doors down from apartment, im not vegan but tried the blueberry and lemon slice, it was yummy. Thank you Alain for our wonderful stay, we will be back.

Weekends can be noisy at night due to some youngsters coming out of the local pub. But didn't really bother us.

Location

Cleanliness. Other reviewers had described it as ‘spotless’, but I would say it was clean enough. For example, the toilet bowl was clean, but not around the toilet seat. The fridge was empty but not wiped clean. The hoover had been done but there was still dust around areas around areas not commonly used.

-Excellent location for shops, restaurants, parks -Easy on-street parking, plentiful and quiet street (but beware the bird mess if parked under trees) -Sky TV -Pleasant and helpful host

-oven hadn't been cleaned -kitchen cupboards/drawers needed a good sort out...haphazard jumble of glasses and oddments, but hardly any mugs -the amount of cutlery in cutlery drawer made me concerned about how often it got cleaned...looked like a charity shop had been emptied into the drawer -overall 'finish' could be improved quite a bit and I felt it detracted from a lovely property (e.g. rusty radiators, shower not attached properly, damaged curtain rail in sitting room, wobbly backed kitchen chair, ugly red tablecloth in nice blue kitchen, and non matching bedding/curtains/towels)

Great location, friendly and helpful host, spotlessly clean, good kitchen facilities, great TV.

Upstairs bed mattress wasn’t as good as we’re used to.

Alain was extremely friendly, helpful, and check in was very efficient. The house was comfortable and well equipped, in a great location. We loved our stay and would stay again definitely!
